1. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders made through panoramaprofessional.nl.

2. Products
Panorama Professional offers cosmetic haircare products. Slight variations in packaging or
appearance may occur.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT. Payments are processed via secure methods provided by Mollie.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused due to hygiene regulations.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be unused and sealed. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.

7. Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints

10. Applicable Law
